Shinner, Rooboy etc - just wanted to check in advance whether your attitude to us bombers extended to all of us bomber (eg: such as Arch and myself) or just the Milkshake Kid?

ie: if I have something to add or ask would my questions/ views be not welcome here?

I would never answer for SB and Rooboy etc (they are big enough and ugly enough to look after themselves) however from my point of view all contributors are welcome IF - they show at least some respect to the opinions of other contributors and their views and show some respect to the North Melbourne Football Club and not try at every opportunity to denigrate what it has or is tryring to achieve.

Basking in the reflective glory of your teams success is what footy is all about however using this reflected glory as an excuse to have some sort of superiority complex over other teams and supporters (as if you and your opinions somehow become more valid than others just because your team is successful - long term or short term) is just not on!!!

Basically all I'm trying to say is talk about footy but leave the putdowns and other assorted bullshit at the door for w***ers like Tony Shaw and Robert Walls to pick up!!!

Um, let me just say Gonzo, that my "opinions" have nothing to do with the success of my club. Opinions are opinions and are independent. If I was a North suporter, I'd have no hesitation in claiming that the AFL sees them as less important than most other clubs (hey, they do..... ask them). I'm sure a lot of North supporters (whose club is important to them) would see this if they view it from the AFL's perspective.

But any excuse for North supporters to revel in a bit of verbal "Dan24 bashing", hey ?
