Steve Morris would be a perfect candidate for the 17 jumper if he wasn't wearing his father's jumper.

If Newy doesn't want to keep it, I say retire it. You can't go from giving it to the captain to a first year draftee.

Can't help but feel Newy would feel a little let down that Cotch isn't going to wear the 17. In saying that, I'm happy he is keeping 9.
