Cardeaux has gone from being beaten 6 lengths in a St. Arnaud 2000m maiden by a horse that went on to be a hurdler (and was a 7 year old with 20 starts before it won this race) to a city race where it was beaten 8 lengths, but now manages to win a Moonee Valley maiden well. Surely form turnarounds (this is one of the biggest I've seen in a long time) like this need to be investigated.
