Slot the captain straight back in after a year off....

If he doesnt play well, all the IR knockers can go "not AFL, blah blah blah", and if he does play well, it will be "Hail the king"

The a spot in the international rules team is meant to be a reward for a good season so why the hell would Carey get a mention?

Naahh, ALL-Australian is about the best players for that particular year, the IR team is about the best players to beat the Irish at their own game.
