Wayne the great has suffered a re-occurance of his calf injury and will miss the game on Sunday.

Okay, Same Old's, you can take all the credit. I just wanted to be first on bigfooty with the news.

I'm kind of disappointed actually. Normally, when I think we are a chance of losing, I hope that the opposition's best players don't play, because it helps our chances.

This Sunday is different. I KNOW we are going to win, no matter what, so it would be more fun, to win, while we can watch one of the games great players (Carey) strut his stuf on the paddock at the same time.

Now instead, we will win, without us getting to see him. But if he plays, we get the double whammy of winning and getting to see a great player performing. Oh well....... it's 4 points I suppose and that's all that matters. At least Hirdy's out there.

You won't hear those excuses Sandie (certainly not from me anyway) because I don't believe we would win with those players (plus Martyn and Calthorpe ) in, although we would certainly have a better chance.

At this point in time I would agree he is the best player we have, considering Carey is past his best. Their losses certainly don't help our chances on Sunday
