All charges dropped today
The Office of Public Prosecutions has now dropped the charges due to evidence limitations.
“We confirm that the case against Mr Ditterich will not proceed,” an OPP spokesperson said.
“Decisions about whether to discontinue a prosecution are never made lightly and after careful consideration of the evidence it was determined that there are not reasonable prospects of conviction.”

I am willing to bet he did. Not many people come forward after decades and accuse someone of sexual abuse and it isn't true.
