Hey guys I am doing an assignment on the legal structure/management of CFC. Does anyone know where I can obtain/read a copy of the clubs constitution, also where I can read about the clubs members rights,

any help, links would be magic.

Thanks.

Could be wrong, but I'm 95% sure that no club will let you even view their constitution unless you are part of the inner sanctums of said club.

Yeah mate, you may be right. I've done a pretty deep search and found nothing. All I really want to know is if the Carlton members have any voting rights.

Depends what your asking for in terms of 'voting rights'. I believe members can vote out/in a president. Do some research on the Smorgan saga when Carlton members voted him off from the board of Carlton.

In general terms voting rights for members depend on the type of membership purchased, the age of a member (minors are not able to vote) & also the signing of a legal document which outlines your rights & obligations as a member with voting rights. This is a layman's description of members' voting rights.
