Just had a look on the website, and the ladies range is actually quite good but the men's is horrendous. We have the best colours of any team to work with so you would think they could come up with a range that looked quite stylish instead of bogan central.

Let's be honest, they're probably working on around 100% gross profit on most items. Net profit might be somewhere more like 40-50%.
The club still needs to make money, but there's no reason why members can't get 15% off. This is purely for members and purely from the merchandise shop at the ground, on gameday and online. It's not going to kill the bottom line.
