You guys are safe this week. Carlton aren't even thinking about winning another game this year. We've got issues with contracts and the like to occupy us.

Do you actually want to win though? You won't play finals and therefore finishing lower on the ladder will do more for your future than another lousy mid-table finish..

Don't forget we should have won last game had we not left Subiaco with ten minutes to play in the second quarter.

What does a '5 match winning streak' count for either? It's about time we got to play you in Melbourne where you will be ripe for the picking.

I don't really rate you Dockers to be honest and I hope we pull off the upset to ruin your season further.

LOL!

What on earth has Connelly achieved as Freo coach?

Pagan pulled off this year's Wizard Cup, and managed 10 wins from a sorry list in season 2004. I can't believe anyone would even think of making that comment.

Ins for Sunday team...Gilmore, Smith, Bell, Johnson, McManus (why?)

Outs...Polak, Farmer

Farmer did hammy at training today out for 2-3 weeks.....

Onus now fair & square on Medhurst's shoulders to play a good game in Melbourne...ditto Headland. I doubt Belly will play, so I think the Ins come Sunday will be Gilmore & Johnson. If McManus makes the flight it is a joke.

We may have Schammer, Mundy, Johnson, Murphy all in the backline on Sunday, a real big test for these youngsters.

I was driving to Sydney, when bugger me, must have taken a wrong turn somewhere near Mildura and my trusty Landcruiser and I ended up in some caravan park in Craigieburn, Melbourne. Fancy that :) The strange things footy makes us do! Funnily enough, I had my Dockers cap and scarf packed in the troopie - just in case.

Anyway, can someone please tell me where the Dockers fans will mainly hang out at the G, either an end of the ground or gate number?? It's not vital but it will probably be more fun sitting amongst fellow Dockers fans.

Weather over here is overcast atm with occasional showers (not really wet, just damp). Just got into Melbourne so not sure what it will be like tomorrow.

I have us down for a win by 72 points. Carlton have got nothing except the wooden spoon. Don't really rate Pagan either. Apart form the fluke with the wizard cup, they are a pack of rabble and the super coach has also done nothing.
CC is a far better coach and will prove it this weekend.

This weekend will be one step closer to the top 8 and finals footy.
Um no offence but how can you justify Freo is a shot at the top 8 and finals footy. The horse has bolted this year for Freo I'm afraid.

I agree, I don't think Freo will make the finals this year, but if certain commentators believe that the Bulldogs are still a chance then its fine by me if for some supporters to say that Freo will be there in September.

Hope its not toooo vital for you mate, there wont be any fremantle supporters at the G, will be lucky to top 500 i reckon. Will be the smallest crowd Carlton has got to the G in 50 years!!

Behind the goals at the new Ponsford Stand end. Check out one of the other sites (DL or AFL/Tel$tra) for details of which pub the fans go to. About the only place to be sure of meeting the players after the game is at the Qantas Club at about 7:00pm!

Thanks everyone. Woke up this morning to cloudless skies and bathed in sunshine. Headed out to Broadmeadows shopping centre with my Freo hat and copped some mild abuse. Now it's come over blowing a gale, but so far no rain (but I feel it's on its way) How Melbourne! Hope there is not too much rain about tomorrow.

GO FREO!
