According to the commentators Browne was our best comfortably. Then it cut out.
Commentators said your best were Thornton, Browne, Pfeiffer. They said Browne looked good and used it well but didnt win a whole lot of it. Thornton played well up forward in the second half.

Oh and I think one of the commentators is a mad keen Blues fan going by the way the other 2 were digging into him, especially after the game. Might explain the Blues challenging cats comment (if that was actually what he said lol).

51 points in the end. Not bad considering we rested just about all of our senior players. Great to hear that Browne had a good game - even if he didn't get much of it.

Not a good result despite the fact we had senior plyers missing - West Coast rested quite a few also. But after the past few years i realise that pre-season performances no longer are an indication of how a team will do during the year - as long as the boys are ready to go for round 1 and are peaking during the H&A season i'll be happy.

Sorry re the score. I wrote it down wrong. On Gibbs, one of the commentators said Gibbs was one the best and the other replied with a curious "do you think?". Funny listening to less professional commentators. I quite like how its not all scripted. Just like mates watching the game together.

Considering they were able to get the margin to 21 points late I think it's a very good effort. They just got overrun, which you would expect playing a much more experienced team.
