I was saying to my mate at the game on Saturday that I hate Collingwood but have a healthy dose of respect for them whereas I have nothing but contempt for Carlton.

I passionately hate their club and their supporters. Well, a lot of their supporters.

Collingwood, despite being the easy target, I don't mind. They're respectable and successful.

What a bunch of girls grasping for some kind of comfort that they possibly may have won. At the end of the day regardless of who should have won or not. It was a draw and you lost 2 players that are in your best 22.Although that point can be argued.

I would rather be a little dissapointed we didn't finish you off and have no injuries than have 2 players go down for 2 years as it usually takes a year to play again and another year to get back to your best any day of the week.

At the end of the day in terms of the game you really lost one player as there is 3 on the bench not 4. The sub is a kind of wait and see if we get an injury and if we don't , they get used in the last quarter .

In general from all the games i have seen so far this year the sub has little impact or influence on the game as they can't get into the game. They lack the feel of the game and struggle to get into the groove of the game.

So say what you like, facts are you lost 2 players for the year we didn't You did well to get the draw at the end. Who's shoes would you rather be in

Much as some say it was 21 against 20, not 22, thats utter crap. Carlton had the luxury of bringing its sub on when it pleased.

This. People forget when they write or ring in to radio stations or even commentators themselves (KB on SEN) the value of fresh legs when making the 3 bench (+sub) vs 2 bench. They just say it's only 3 vs 2 not 4 vs 2 like it was last year.
