Currently projected as:

Confused.

For tonight, it's 5 minutes per pick, no matter what. Tonight is 20 picks, highlights, interviews and theatre for the TV audience. We'll likely get an offer or two, but we'll have to see how significant that is I guess.

Tomorrow (and 2nd round) onwards, it's a limit of 5 minutes, but the club can pull the trigger on a trade, bid, selection whenever they like.

Clubs that have to match a bid get a chance to trade before matching.
