Overall REALLY happy with how we went today, full credit to everyone involved at the club.

We got that genuine small forward we've been crying out for, and not a converted midfielder. Finally. Excited to see what Durdin can bring.

We also got one of the, if not THE STEAL OF THE DRAFT in Carroll. Brings some depth to our list, and is a great inside-outside hybrid mid.

The only thing I would like now, is for us to take McDonald as a DFA, and save the remaining list spot in one of the mid season draft windows.

Henry Walsh presumably a fair chance for us now.

Not sure I want to go that path. Sounds nice and all, having brothers on the list. But Henry is a low percentage prospect, and while drafting him would be great for him and Sam...delisting him in 3-4 years could cause problems.

Let someone else take him, and if he's good enough in a few years...trade him in.
