I saw him play for the Bays once against Sturt (i think) & boy did he turn it on when thrown into the ruck, both he & Kane Cornes were unstoppable that day & i remember saying "we have got a potential AFL star in the making" sadly that was just about the last i or anyone else in SA had seen of that "potential"

If anyone can unravel the kids brain-waves i'm sure Dennis Pagon can.

Let me see what Laurence has done in only 1 year at AFC:

* taken something that doesn't belong to him
* rolled his car on his way to Hayden Skipworth's b'day party. There was no one sharing the road at that time. Ended up in hospital.
* Driving throught red light well over the speeding limit in CBD. Also was WAY over the allowed BAL.
* Has gone out the night before the game on a number of occasions.

DO you want me to go on??????? No one is disputing his talent and as noddy said he really has potential to be the best ruckman in the comp. But even with all those "qualities" to compare him to Andrew McLeod is just plain stupid

Over the summer I have gotten to know LAs father, really he is a pretty nice bloke. Both he and Angwin are grateful that LA has been given antoher oppotunity by Carlton. He knows he scewed up bigtime in Adelaide. As you guys said he is a big talent and I hope that he can not only put the past behind him but also play some good footy for the Blues.

Re TBV yeah we get a little exicted at times but Angwin and the rest of our youngsters have become our mascots. We also sponsor Karl Norman a first year player. The young group are our future and we love 'em.
