As the old saying goes. If you cant beat them join them. Or in this case If you cant beat them, just try and be them.
Does that include popping and snorting drugs? On that note, you must really beat yourself every day to come up with faecal matter in these threads.

Nothing wrong with that. The Pies off-field model has been terrific. Why not follow it geven where we've come from recently. No good doing otherwise because of ego. Sure WCE would do the same if Freo was in the Pies position and WCE was in ours.

Think this effort of a troll fell extremely flat.

Anyway, how are things at the Eagles right now? They're looking up at Carlton.
I don't know how things are going at the Eagles, I'm not an Eagles supporter.

1970,1979 1981 so that Proves were a far better Club then Collingwood :) The Only Way Collingwood will ever become a better club they would need to win more grand finals :D
also winning premierships not alway on top of the Ladder
Agree, Carlton will always be better than Collingwood. Pity they brought back John Elliott :(

Hardly...Carlton have won two more premierships in a period streching over a century, yet Collingwood is the most successful club in terms of finals appearances playing in 70 of a possible 110 finals series, ten more times than Carlton.
Actually Collingwood have been in 74 final series Carlton have been in 64 final series and Essendon have been in 61 final series out of 111 years of AFL/VFL football.

Hey Fat-Useless, where you been the last week? You're not still crying yourself to sleep at night are you? :(

Anyhoo OT - You're 100% correct as usual. I'm just now gonna head out to the garage and knock all my teeth out for one of those winning Collingwood smiles. :thumbsu:

The collective IQ on the site was up for a couple of days while F-U was curled up in the foetal position sucking his thumb. All good things must come to an end.

He's right though, anybody wishing to emulate another club would start by drafting one of their delisted players. Shrewd little critter is F-U.

18?? I was just about to ask, would have said 14 for sure.

His best post for ages, I'm still laughing ;)[/QUOTE]

Funny you should say that. Im still laughing at Bryce Gibbs debut. So much hype yet so little delivered. Describes Carltons youngsters to a tee when you think about it. Two spoons in a row. Quite clearly not up to AFL standard the lot of them :)

Why are you laughing at Bryce Gibbs debut for when he hasn't debuted yet? He's first game is in Round 1 douchebag:D
