Bryce killed us then brought us back with some real grit. Play call on the last drive was a massive choke.

If we clean up the turnovers we’ll be alright, defence looked okay second half as well.

Teams taken this long to find any sort of consistency because they weren’t prepared by the coaching staff at the start.

I think the Cards just played soft coverage not allowing anything over the top. Soft prevent defense usually always leads to the opposition coming back.

I would have felt a lot more confident that we are heading in the right direction if we moved the ball anywhere on the final drive but we went ****ing nowhere. Couldn't even get close getting the ball in great field position and being bailed out by penalties.

Whats the consensus on Bryce. I feel like his best is a Goff type qb, he’ll never be good enough to win a tonne of games off his own bat but with the right situation he can lead a team.

Yeah hes never going to be a top 8 QB. Could look good on a good team but dont think he'll ever take us anywhere, wildcard round at best id say.

It denied us the easier option of going for a field goal to tie the game at the end.

But it didn't get him going, did absolutely nothing on the final drive when it mattered and they weren't playing prevent, that was my point.

Yeah Corbett shouldn't have even been starting in the first place. Not worried about losing him, Hunt however is a huge hole and massive downgrade to Zavala.

I’m saying it at least got some flow into the offence. The last drive was the garbage play calling as well as Arizona putting the clamps on.

No, I'm just saying I'm not convinced things will get better suddenly based on looking alright against some prevent defense. Very happy to be proven wrong.

Some truly incredible scenes with the defense pitching a shut out with 0 sacks. The Falcons didnt even make it to their 30 yard line all day. Dont know what to make of it but hope to see more of it. Stunned.

Thought the oline stood up well without hunt.

Bryce had a quiet day but didnt need to throw any punches to win.

The tackling improvement on defence was noticeable, a few times bijan and london looked like they had a big hole only to get taken down. Also a few clean tackles in the open field.

Beat NE next week and square the ledger. See what this team can do.

That was a nice surprise. It's a team game, and the whole team has to play well. I didn't think they were that bad for the first couple of weeks, but I think this win might exaggerate the other way. Now to beat the team coached by the guy I wanted to coach us.

Drake Maye was a Panthers fan. He'd have been disappointed when the Panthers lost the SB. It's okay if he's the QB of a team that beats us. He's like one of us on this thread. A win for him is a win for us.

Coach and QB getting a lot of the blame (and rightly so) but special teams was an absolute disaster today. And the defense, 2 sacks thru 4 games for the year and they cant even stop a team on 3rd and 15 when dropping everyone into zone. Enough of Evero.

That was such a good game, so intense. As a Storm fan im happy to not be facing Penrith, think the Broncos might win it though unfortunately, Storm havent looked very good for a few weeks now.
