That means we haven't called him (or whatever the correct term is), right? He's compelled to give witness otherwise?
It does not surprise me in the least that Clothier is dodging being called into the box.

Teflon is putting it nicely.
How would he "dodge" it? Is this even possible? Just curious.

I still think we should call R Ings to the stand.. the man is a ferrett.. but he has done a full 180 since Feb last year.. and is clearly not impressed with what is coming out.

Might put 'I don't recall' in her box.. tell us again the name of that previous joint investigation???
Err, why would he be called to the stand? What relevance does he actually have to our case beyond what you or me have?

No idea.. I'll put out an email and see if I can find out.

I really thought it would be Clothier.
I should say that I assumed that Clothier would be one, but obviously not.

The bloke live tweeting it said two would be called tomorrow morning but JM wanted to keep it short to keep it within the allotted 3 days.

I'd like to hear from Haddad, who was apparently in the room when one of our players/staff questioned the legality of the entire thing, and ideally get Clothier to spill his guts, but getting one of their investigators could crack the whole thing wide open if they decide against an Andruskesque stonewall

As BTG stated.. a former CEO of ASADA should have far more understanding of how these things work than you or I.. I sure as hell hope he knows more about a doping investigation than I do...

I wonder if the ASADA investigator will remember who allowed the AFL investigator in the room.. or who authorised the release of confidential interview plans.. or who authorised the creation of the interim report.

Let's hope he has a memory to start with.

I really do feel sorry for AA.. early onset dementia is no laughing matter.

'Amnesia', please, as in Aurora Amnesia. Not dementia. ;)

She highlights everything that's wrong with the public service.

Work your way up the ladder and score some cushy job so you can sit back and live on the people's dime. Nobody told her she actually had important work to do, I guess....
