No. We could ask for costs, but unlikely to be given imho.
Also.. I think that everyone needs to realise what a monumental task it would be to 'win' this case. Right now, I think we are scoring the points we wanted to score, but I am not confident that we will win.
I think best case scenario would be getting the player interviews 'thrown out'... ASADA can continue with investigation/SCN's but they can't use any evidence from the interviews.
What we have gained from this process irrespective of outcome:
Clear indication of what 'evidence' ASADA have
Discredited AFL agenda
Clearly painted a picture of a 'tarnished' investigation process
Painted ASADA into a corner regarding scope of statements
My personal opinion is that ASADA acted unlawfully but very hard to prove and very hard to convince a Judge to grant relief in this circumstance.
