Chip Le Grand stated on SEN minutes ago that unless the Supreme Court can force ASADA's 'witnesses' to testify the player's legal reps will turn up to the hearing demanding there is no case to answer.

ASADA's case is not only hanging by a thread, so is it's already diminished credibility.

Am I only one that would like this crushed at tribunal more than it falling to pieces prior to a hearing?
More just from a "look" point of view. I don't like that this could be seen as a technicality.
Nope, you're not. I want them to be embarassed at the tribunal and then eviscerated in the fallout.

This last 2 years have been full of highs and lows.
ASAGA and the AFL have too much invested to just roll over
Yep I'm certainly not celebrating. Though I think asada have a lot more riding on this than the afl. The afl would love nothing more than for asada to have a weak case. players cleared and move on to 2015 with a clear path for the focus to return to the footy.

Despite the latest developments, can someone clarify for me if the players are now serving a "provisional" sentence. If so what does this actually mean? If this tribunal hearing keeps getting delayed and delayed and delayed will this "provisional" sentence in place, could it have an impact on the 2015 season?
