poor old HTB. The brows haven't stopped furrowing over there in 3 weeks now. Hilarious.

I don't know why they are so surprised. Their hero Roy Masters told them how it would be months ago. It's just that Roy backed the wrong horse. Again.

The tribunal will be required to write a separate judgment for each player, reflecting the different evidence presented.

It is expected the findings will be "appeal proof" to prevent this wrenching saga continuing, via the AFL Appeals board, or the Court of Arbitration in Sport.

Can anyone answer why, if Dank is banned for supplying PED's to support staff, Dean Robinson was not charged with the same offense given that it is documented that he supplied Hird with Melonotan?
We all know Robinson did nothing wrong, hence his massive payout.:rolleyes:

You can beat yourself up endlessly wondering about the differing treatment of various individuals.

Some get sacked and are never heard from again.
Some leave of their own accord (supposedly) and get hired back to work as part of AFL Central Victoria.
Some leave of their own accord and then get a big $$$$ payout from their ex-employer after doing a supposed tell-all interview.
Some get charged by the AFL, others just get ignored.
Some get forced to go on suspension while others just get a fine.
etc.

The tribunal was not comfortably satisfied that Dank had administered or attempted to administer Thymosin Beta 4 to various Essendon players, nor that he had assisted, encouraged, aided, abetted or covered up administration of the peptide.
words worth repeating

Would love to get our picks back.

we all would but reality is we'll just have to be content with our best 22 baring injury or chook lotto running out each & every round this season, & tbh right now that sits alright with me:)

Is this related to ASADA covered sporting codes, or is this related to his side business where such substances may be provided to non-tested people?

DECISION OF THE AFL ANTI-DOPING TRIBUNAL - STEPHEN DANK

17 April 2015

At 3.30 pm today the Australian Sports Anti-Doping Authority (ASADA) received the AFL Anti-Doping Tribunal’s decision in relation to former Essendon support person, Stephen Dank.

ASADA is disappointed in the tribunal’s decision to clear Mr Dank of a number of serious alleged violations.

ASADA notes that all 35 matters were heard concurrently by the tribunal. We also note the tribunal stated its preference was to release their decisions on all 35 matters at the same time. The reality however is that we have only just received the findings on Mr Dank. ASADA is disappointed that this comes as the window of appeal on the first 34 matters rapidly closes.

ASADA will now consider both decisions in their totality
