No issues at all with work cover taking this to court but i woukd love to see what their proofs will be. I wonder what 'reasonable and practical' steps they thought we should take to mitigate something like this? It also potentially opens the door for the club to sue Dank depending on what comes out in the hearings.

Even if they do it's going to be hard.

1.They agreed/signed to be a part of the program if they were that concerned they would have said no it's not like the club forced players to participate.

2.They had plenty of opportunity leave once the breaches occurred but they didn't.
Don't disagree but to say none of them care is a big assumption.

I'm not sure how this changes anything in regards to the players suing the club.

They still have to prove injury to sue. But surely if they could prove injury us not having a worksafe fine wouldnt stop them.

If the club can't tell Hunter what he was given and when, then actually he's entitled to be a bit annoyed I would say. Like all of the players are.
Agree with this 100%. How much of an actionable case they have now is debatable. I'd say there's more chance of a successful action down the track, if anything untoward was to occur, than were it to be launched now for P&S.
