I think you're misreading the goals tweet. Taggert kicked a goal as did a casey player named Best.

Frustrating thing for me is Magner isn't eligible for selection yet Barry is available, Barry's body isn't at an AFL level yet... not sure how his form is

Who does Magner replace in our side? Or Couch for that matter? Promoting either of them at the moment makes no sense.

Creates competition for spots. Magner replaces anyone who consistently performs badly, although Viney is under an injury cloud as well and if he has to be replaced, I'd take Magner over Rodan as his replacement.
As for Couch, I can't see him displacing anyone from the side. He's a quality VFL player, but out of his depth at AFL level.

He doesn't need to be promoted to put pressure on. He is playing excellent VFL footy and anyone playing badly would know that, if there is a LTI, he will more than likely be first promoted and be in contention for a spot. I hope it doesn't come to that but there is still pressure there.

Jetta is a better player than Couch.

I just think that with mckenzie still to come in an pickles also getting a gig plus Rohan bail there's no room for them plus magner/couch ... Too similar and I'm loving the work of pickles m. Jones an to bail this year especially bail love his desire around the ball

Like the way even when Terlich misshandled the ball ,he kept going to try to fix up error .

Exactly cut open his nose trying to fix his mistake , that's all you can ask for terlich is my first picked small backmen ATM an he was always trying to take it on

Casey report said he only had about 13 touches and needed to stay in the game more. i'd like it to happen, but it probably won't be this week.

IMO, Jetta has a lot more upside than mags. I think we will pick up mags with a late draft pick next year though.
