Where would our current list be without those guys? I mean our success curve changes completely so we'd have a very different list, and no where near the success we've experienced the last decade.

Said it before and will so again - the gold that Wells and Co have dug up consistently since 99 is just insane and clearly not a fluke.
And its been a key pillar in one of the things that has allowed us to be successful 4 times over 16 years.

Jack gets AFL games and starts doing well and lkow and behold... now Ollie wants to be here as well and wah lah... both Jack and Ollie are here from a rookie pick 16...

Now... it also cost the Oh trade price - fully accepted - but the drafting of Jack kicked the pebble off the top of the mountain.
