Bews should have played more games this year and deserves another contract. Same as last year
Played well for a few games when he came in, in the middle of the year then was injured.

Alas yes - although it's a divided opinion. Can't take that premiership medal from him, though. Lawson Humphries probably killed off his hopes of getting a regular gig in defence.Played well for a few games when he came in, in the middle of the year then was injured.
He's useful depth, much like Duncan was this year.Bews should have played more games this year and deserves another contract. Same as last year

Tigers fans aren't happy the Cats didn't stick around to see off Kamdyn McIntosh.
Verdict seems to be "nothing in it". Unofficial for now.Haven’t seen any charges from yesterday, is Stewart clear?
He was putting on his own personal farewell tour at the other endTigers fans aren't happy the Cats didn't stick around to see off Kamdyn McIntosh.
Noticed in background watching replayWell none of us thought anything about Neale's bump last week either, so we can't rule anything out.
We're just giving every delisted player a guard of honour these days?Tigers fans aren't happy the Cats didn't stick around to see off Kamdyn McIntosh.

I've seen Tigers fans comparing yesterday's situation of a fan favourite who's played his last game ahead of being delisted as being the same thing as Ablett retiring
Full credit to Richmond for helping to form the guard of honour for Ablett & the class shown in removing their premiership medals, but yesterday was a totally different situation - and no where not "still" jealous of their 2020 premiership which is why we walked off
That’s what comes from sticking it to his opponentEvery time Bews plays he rearly plays a stinker of a game

Cats players probably thought he'd already retiredTigers fans aren't happy the Cats didn't stick around to see off Kamdyn McIntosh.
Gee Bews is going to be bloody stiff. Played a good game and unfortunately likely he will get dropped.
Every time Bews plays he rearly plays a stinker of a game
Agreed out of our defence he isn't replacing SDK, COS or Henry as they play tallHe is stiff but apart from certain talls we need for structural reasons hes not an upgrade on any of the smalls in the 23m he can be an emergency though.

And all of Zuthrie, Humphries and Stewart are simply better smaller players.
He would only really come in if we decided we wanted more coverage on smalls instead of Bowes/MOC flexibility which is extremely unlikely knowing our coaching group.
Bowes is our ultimate barometerI would personally prefer Bews in a final than Bowes. He is a tad cleaner and faster. Both hard at it but I just like what Bews brings more.
People use the term 'versatile'.Bowes is our ultimate barometer
Not sure why but when he's playing well we're winning games
