There was a game in the late 1960's at Kardinia Park when Geelong beat Collingwood with a kick after the siren. In fact, the umpire hadn't heard the siren as Billy Ryan kicked for goal and it was touched by the man on the mark. However, the umpire awarded a 15 yard penalty and Ryan kicked the goal amoungst hundreds of people who'd spilled onto the ground.

As far as your question is concerned, I have absolutely no idea.

I know there was 2 in the 1994 Finals Series, Brownless and Ablett kicking the winning goals, and one last year with Peter Riccardi's goal, so I'll say 4 times.
