We will still play next week regardless of whether we win or lose this match.

Dangerfield not picked in the top 26, neither was Davis. Both are first round draft picks with high hopes for them held by the club. Both have had injury problems this preseason. Both are not quite ready yet. Both will be good. This is a non-issue. Dangerfield's time will come, this year even.

I know the situation with Davis with his injury and that we dont like playing 1st year draftees, but hopefully this is Dangers year.

If we win, we play another NAB Cup match. If we lose, we play a NAB Regional Challenge match. It won't be televised (though if it's like in previous years, 5AA will cover it) and it will probably be in a crappy stadium (I believe it would be somewhere in NT) but the fact remains that they will play, and play against other AFL teams. That automatically makes it more relevant than, say, the IAS match.

We better win this match so he plays next week.

He's more chance of playing if we lose. If we win we remain in the MMC, with a limit of 26 players per team. If we lose we're off to the bush league and can use as many players as we want.

If we lose we play West Coast at Traeger Park in Alice Springs. Friday 27th Feb, 7pm start (I'm assuming that's local time - NT don't have Daylight Savings).

I'd prefer a win, becaus ei'll be at the game and I want to watch them on tele next week instead of reading afc's reports that don't offer a lot of insight into what you're really after.

West Coast, hey? Is the ground any good?
Adelaide 0
West Coast 1

on head to head there.

So its not good for us.

I remember reading a reveiw about the game. We where somhow in front at 3/4 time with our #2 team. West Coast overran us thanks to the likes of Cousins, Juddas, Kerr, Stenglein, Cox etc.

Yeah. Apparently she's some relative to my singing teacher, a niece or something like that. Apparently she's quite good at what she does but I guess any relative would say that. Best of luck to the girl!
So she's young? Hot?

My singing teacher is in her mid-70s, dude. It's not necessarily her niece either, just some relative in a younger generation, I forget more than that.
Umm this is another situation where you english is heaps ahead of mine!

What kind of singing do you do, out of interest? Just a hobby, or are you in a choir or do musical theatre or something?

The girl isn't very young. I'm not sure whether she's my singing teacher's niece, or something else. It might be her daughter's niece or something. Whatever it is, the girl isn't very young, but is somehow related to my teacher.

Classical singing mostly. Anything from Bach/Mozart/etc to music theatre, though my best stuff is music theatre. It's just a hobby at the moment, though I wouldn't mind actually doing something with it in the future. I have been taking the singing AMEB exams, which start at grade 2 and go up to grade 8. I'm doing grade 8 this year so after that I was thinking I might take some acting classes and then look at doing some music theatre. It's great fun though and being a teacher myself it's actually useful to learn how to use your voice properly.

Oh I see, thanks for that.
I would still rather us win then. Even if Dangerfield has more of a chance playing if we lose..

Less TOG.. :(

Damn, I wanted to be the first ;)
All the best to her!
