LOL, that's why you never bowl Christian at the death. Ever.

He just strolls in and bowls it anywhere, has no real clue where he's landing them.

Well done Pup. Game over.

Whoever they pick for the last better not be...god I don't even know. Like said above we totally lack death bowlers.

Christian can actually be a damn effective death bowler.. not tonight though.

Disagree, you need plans and structures to be an effective death bowler, Christo just comes in and bowls whatever. Very, very hittable bowler at the best of times, let alone at the death with batsmen looking to go the tonk.

Good work by Sri Lanka, them being on top really changes all of it.

Sri Lanka vs Australia final would be fantastic. If India finish 3rd out of the tri-series they also have absolutely no excuses.

Far out, great game.

That's the second time this series we have managed to wrest some control after being behind only to blow it with bad bowling and getting a sh1t delivery hit for 6.

Love the way SL go about it, team is finally clicking and enjoying their cricket. Great to watch. Would be interesting if India could beat Australia on Sunday.

IN: Watson, OUT: Warner

Thought Lee looked sharp with the bat and in the field for a bit but in the end his stats are shocking. Our 'main strike bowler' getting no wickets while Christian, an all-rounder, gets 3 is very poor to say the least.

Still, some great batting by both sides tonight, enjoyed it thoroughly. Hope we cain India on Sunday.

Yeah, I'm a big Warner fan but he needs to get his head right. Watto is obviously itching to get back out there too.

I'd change one of Lee or Harris for McKay as well.

Lee, Christian and Mackay aren't Rhodes Scholars, hence shouldn't be bowling at the death. They have gifted games this series. A new "death" strategy is needed.

Poor Forrest, 1st ODI ton and he doesn't get MOTM. I didn't see any of the Sri Lankans innings but going by a few comments Jayawardene's innings seemed pretty brutal. I've always loved watching him in full flight.

I'm hoping we get to see Watto and Christian in the same XI for the next couple of games, I'd like to see our balance and how many overs those 2 get.
