Firstly, great to see you back - hope to see more of your stuff again going forward especially with NAFL on the horizon!

In terms of feedback, the main thing that’s stopping this polling well is that the jersey is squashed. Keep the proportions the same when you take the template and put it in your presentation and even that would be a big change.

Aside from that, every designer is different so what works for some might not work for you but I’d recommend studying the designs of guys like fancyscum, Craegus, El_Scorcho etc and see what they’re doing right, and ways you can implement those concepts into your work in your own way.
