Oh no, I feel your pain Mebby. I actually had acute anxiety yesterday right before the footy, in fact i was outside Etihad Stadium at about 6:30 pm and was going to go home, I was feeling like i was going to have a horrible panic attack/felt really unwell.
Happily i managed to tough it out and once I got inside and chillaxed at the Live Wire, I felt a lot better and although still felt a bit uneasy for the rest of the night, I was glad i stayed and watched the team, despite getting flogged by Norf. I actually also bought a 5 pack of Juicy Fruit Gum and bottles of water which actually did help a lot (went through 3 packets of the chewy at the footy

I missed several Home games for Melbourne City last season, because my anxiety reached pretty horrible levels during the summer.
Got a lot of empathy for what you are going through, look after yourself and really hope you feel much better soon
