I like that option but you wouldn’t want to finish on top and have the first week of finals off after playing one game. Maybe change to a final 6 this year so everyone play’s the first couple of weeks of finals.
Correct me if I'm wrong, but I don't think Choco is on the board...

Yep all CM and GR clubs were informed last night that there will be one round then finals. There are going to be a lot of interesting stories come out of this

I guess only the finals teams really matter atm so I can only really think of the Eagles who will struggle, which is a shame because they were running into some form. I wouldn’t really know where Kerang or Cohuna’s travellers live but for some reason I have it in my head they are drawing more from Bendigo. Pretty sure all of Wooras are regional.
Golden Rivers will be a lot worse off. I don’t know how they sort that out.
