What woora jumping on the bandwagon lately

Kerang v cohuna when both teams are near the top can have cars double parked around the entire cohuna oval, which is probably double the size of wooras ground

Ben Archard a local returning from Melton
Brenton Conforti from Eaglehawk
Jarrod Finlay from Egakehawk

Throw in last year's recruit Chris Anderson who did his hammy pre season, with Archard that's a ruck combo and a half.
Tom Metherell from North Bendigo.
Plus the stack of talent that was last year the bulk have stayed on.

Has anyone else recruited this well? Wondering who the team to knock them off will be.

Kerang had some pretty handy sides, despite what the cmfl team of the decade selectors thought
Nyah in 2000 and 01 had some big recruits, didn't cohuna go frew from golden square and cockatoo one year as well, to try get them an elusive flag

Clear favourites for the flag at the moment

Easy old mate…I played against many better sides than What this Cohuna one may turn out to be.

The Nyah recruiting spree from up north was amazing andthose blokes all lived here and played multiple years and many are still in the region.

The Tyntynder 3 peat teams are the best I ever played against and then Kerangs amazing run was based on locals with top up recruiting

Cohuna tried to get Jason Cockatoo but couldn’t get him cleared so never played for them

they were unlucky in that they ran into the Tyntynder juggernaut

Yep I think it was mental against tyntynder, cohuna were Darryl Cullinan and tyntynder Shane Warne each time they played.

Also balranald put together some incredible teams in the mid 00s with some big recruiting

A ripper side on paper was koondrook in 2011-12, but never fired.
Pollocks, Millwards, Brodie Filo and Lobb who bailed and Cam Millward, Lucas Matthews, Jesse Smith, Andrew Welsh for a few

If Kerang keep the same side with Curnow, Heavyside, Davis, Coates, Kelly, Hayes etc, the additions of Stagg and Ross from Sandhurst they'll be plenty handy. Fair game Kerang v Cohuna
