Boga have signed a few:
Filo & Monfries have signed on for another year
Recruited
David Gourdis, 33 drafted to play for Richmond 2008 - 2012. He then played for Keilor Football Club in the EDFL & won two premierships in 2017 & 2019.

Jake Warren,23, midfielder, 2 time Premiership player at Maroochydore Football Club & State South East Queensland representative in 2018. Runner up league Best & Fairest in 2018 & played in the VFL for Aspley Hornets in 2021

Ricky Wild, Quambatook
Lake Boga also picked up Maroochy star Lochy Laing to go with live wire Warren.Great recruiting to go with Simpson and Filo! Decimates Maroochys fortunes!

If swan hill are hanging their hopes on the 3 ex woorinen blokes they are kidding themselves
I’m pretty sure they know they aren’t challenging the top sides. Woorinen and Toolybuc before them have been full of players who have moved around other Central Murray clubs and had success so it can work.

Corey Kelly started at Swan Hill, the miliados have a connection there through their old man so you can see why they have gone there

Without clearances on PlayHQ it's unknown who's gone, but if Boga keep Tyle Williams and Dzufer they'll cause some headaches with the recruits they have

Gourdis will be more than handy. If you can afford to play him as a key forward he will dominate this competition.

Ok mate it’s a better competition than EDFL 🤣🤣
You are aware of the so called “premier” rated competitions under the AFL points system.

Not saying it’s a better comp but doesn’t mean that he’s going to automatically dominate. Plenty of blokes have come up out of Melbourne with big reputations and battled

Understand all that but his a very good tall and these types are difficult to handle for country defenders is all I’m alluding to.

Depends on their motivation, does he get a lift with another ex Keilor player. If guys come up from Melbourne and aren't fit they get found out on the big ovals. If he comes up in as good as nick as Mick mcguane would want him round 1 he wins the goalkicking

Ex-metro, big reputation, not fit, big grounds. Get found out. Come on down Aaron Ramsay at Rochester circa 2014 -ish.

In my experience Turbo has a reasonable grasp of the standard of various country leagues. Unlike some other EDFL or metro posters.

I know he does however just thought I’d question the assumption that just because someone has played in a metro comp means they will come up our way and dominate

When you eat pizza with Mick Gatto most nights you ain’t going to clock up too many kms on the footy ground each week
