I left years ago so I am not the best to comment on the above categories for those players who have played from 1980 onwards but for best player of all time (including Mid-Murray years) has to be John Sharrock from Tooleybuc, absolute superstar of this league and VFL in the 60's. Kicked 4 goals in a losing grand final for Geelong playing CHF with a bung left knee and he was a lefty.

By the way Tim Connick wasn't bad either.

i dunno what games youve been watching mate or if youve been watchin the right player but he is a gun. never goes to ground always clean off the deck one of best clearance players in the league good overhead and kicks goals. sounds like a pretty good footballer to me. not bad for a 31 year old

Dirtiest- Benedict Mahon (Woor)
Overrated- Hugh Foott (SH)
Underated- Troy Bickerton (Coh) Aaron Lonergan (LB)
Worst Supporters- cant say Swan Hill cos they have none but def Lalbert
One eyed umpire- not sure bout one eyed but biggest cheat Mensforth
Best CMFL player- Not entirely sure but Gav Lloyd would have to be up there

Been a couple of upsets over the last few weeks. Lietchy form line is hard to track, beatin by woora then flogging Boga. Interested to hear from Boga folks on this result. The way the paper read, big Wes got carded, was there much in this?

From what I heard, no12 from leitchy cleaned up a boga bloke very late and then a few boga boys ran in to remonstrate, then this same bloke threw one a wes from behind and it left him unable to take the field in the second half.

Apparently the umpires just stood there and fluffed around the gathering of players, not taking any control of the situation.

Sounds like the leitchy bloke should have been carded for his role in it.

I think you'll find that big Wes came in to fly the flag which is good to see and threw a punch then got wacked back and could not return to the field. Was not from behind and i don't think i recall mcglone hitting any kids in the past?
 
i didnt say wes was a kid. he has lined kids up recently. look at his team mate zac hawken. tryed to take out a swan hill kid and nailed zac. 3 plates in his cheek and was concussed.

Ok so u arnt allowed to tackle a kid in senior footy????Thats unfortunate for Zac ,but thats footy.So now you have labelled Brent as someone who "lines up kids "after this incident.
 
I don't recall McGlone hitting any kids or being dirty from the past. If 'kids' are playing senior footy that is what comes in the package. A little bit of push and shove and rough stuff. I'm not saying you should or anyone should king hit kids or fight for that reason, but they have to expect there health to be at risk and it was unfortunate about the young leitchy bloke.The next few weeks will sum up the ladder I believe and we will find out who the real conteneders are etc. any thoughts?

Ok so he has tried to make a contest and accidentally hit his team mate. That happens in footy more than you think and im sure he didn't 'line up' the swanhill kid. You just made yourself look like a dumb s h i t.
 
"IF" they make the finals. Got to win a couple more before they think about finals, but certainly have their foot in the door, a slip up could hurt now. It will be depending on the team they play. If it's tooley I personally think they may go alright because they match up well, but against another team it's a completely different story and plus they've got a very young list which may hurt in finals pressure. Rumour is Bell is gone for the season. Anyone confirm this?

Hundred bucks on Balranald... Easiest 400 bucks i will ever make. They will rape finals. Especially if they make the second semi at home, which is a mere formality.

Will you walk the walk and put one hundred on? If you were this confident you would. I believe Tyntynder will be the dark horse. Star CHF Chris Prockter will be back from Pioneer duties and if they go well enough in the finals, Josh Free could return. Two of the best Central Murray kids for years. I did say at the start of the year my prediction would be Balranald to win the flag though

Now Pratt I am sure that there are dirtier players than me running around. Haven't dished too much out, am usually the bloke copping it after saying too much
