iam sure they can, but if jock wants to dictate how, who is in the side or for what ever the reason for the fallout, then maybe he should take over the reins...If he wants to pour his money into the club so be it, but filo is an old fox and knows what is best for his side, leave the coaching up to the blokes that know how to do it..

What about the saying make your bed lie in it. Does this show the character of the bloke , no matter what the suitation he has sighned with the football club and he should see out that obligation/contract. Personaly I think that the way country footy is going we need people who take stands against inhouse bullshit, I will also add that if they can get through this they will be better for it, if not it will all fall apart
There is no question to Filo's character as he has shown many times over in this league and prior. The question is also to be throw at the club about holding up there end of any obligations, letting him coach a team he puts on the ground and not be hamstrung or overseen by the bloke with the bucks as stated in previous blogs. If he stays or goes it can't be good for the club.

Blokes underwriting club costs have a history of ending in tears. Just look at the times it has happened in the AFL. (Melb-Guttnik) They always look for some sort of return on their investment.
To True, there is more to a football club than 1 mans enourmous wallet. Tell him to go buy a horse or something that needs no team spirit or any1 elses thoughts or ideas.
If i was Filo id be pissed and would leave also. And if the money man really wants to run the show then tell him to coach.
Every1 wins that way he can do what he likes and spend as much money as he likes on his beloved recruits.

Just wandering if this is thread is only about Balranald Football Club, going back over the past 4 pages, one would think we were the only club in the league. While I love reading some of the crapp that is posted on here regarding our great team, one would think others would like to read a little about other teams.
How is Leitchville Gunbower feeling now that they have played a couple of the top sides, would have to be a little worried now that they may not make top 5?

You can try to take the attention of your "great team" but it wont stop people being interested.. This is the biggest news going around the comp currently and this wont change until the general public get more info on why Filo wanted a clearance!!

Leitchville Gunbower play Balranald, Tyntynder & Toolybuc Manang only once in the home & away season (DREAM DRAW). Being the 4th best team in the comp they are a fair chance to be 15 wins & 3 losses. If i was a betting man i'd say that 15 wins will give any team a finals berth. I don't think they are worried about missing finals, but they would be about winning one. A final that is!

His wife's health, so I think its time everyone pulled their heads and realise that not everything in the Filo's life is to do with football
If you have coached a successfull footy side ,then you will know that coaching to that success, is everything, and other aspects of your life have to take the backseat

Filos life is football, You can not tell me that she wouldnt of had some sort of influence in the decision making process to head up inthat direction .As lovers of footy and the league we all deserve the right to know. With big price tags comes some pretty big responsibilities and expectations, wouldnt you think

You must have some sort of presents if you have alot despencable cash! would i be fair in saying, he MAY have be blinded by the dollar and realised before it was to late.

I think you have hit it on the head there pacco...anyone that waves alot of folding notes in your face can definatley be blinded...Particulary up there where they are paying rediculous amounts of money for a short term fix...Where will the club go when the green ELF at the end of the rainbow stop shovelling out money ........

Fact is that zoomy was sick of travelling up from melbourne each week and when his housemate Joffa asked him to play down at Kilcunda, (about 4 hours less travel each week) he jumped at the chance.
