nah that's been a thing since early in the season. reckon they were looking at Motlop or Mayes to be that breakaway clearance player at afl level to balance wines / Rockliff

they realised very late in the year it wasn't working with Motlop and shifted him forward where he has been super dangerous. Mayes has been up and down in the role.

they should just accept Rozee and atley will bring that at afl level sooner rather than later

How has Mayes and Atley not played in the senior side is mind boggling
Cox has a massive 2020 coming up guaranteed AFL games imo such good form. Houston/Byrne Jones bolter type who applies his trade in the SANFL then just goes boom in the senior side
Butters was wonderful got smashed and still played the last quarter

That’s the best I’ve seen Mayes play all year and definitely the most inside, but I don’t catch many games.

I’m not convinced of Atley at all to be honest. Sometimes he looks incredible breaking out of stoppages but I just don’t think he gets enough done.

Rozee though, absolutely. He should be getting midfield time already, let alone next year!

Frampton finished 5th with 32 goals from 11 games.

Played everywhere really endevoured to get in and around the ball. Was his regular half forward mid and pushed up all the way to the half back line at times too. Pretty difficult watching on the app because the commentators had no idea who was who
