Right now it feels like we’re stuck in the same cycle: injuries piling up, inconsistent list decisions, and very little transparency about what the actual strategy is.

Fans don’t expect miracles overnight. What we do expect is visible leadership, accountability, and evidence that the club is learning from its mistakes.

Mid season review is bare minimum. The media loves us being crap again so they won't put pressure like they would woith the pies, geelong...

He’s been under pressure to come up with a vision for the future and all he rolls out with is a premiership in 5 years that’s so pathetic and weak and of no value in saying unless it’s backed up with some more detail and goals along the way .

Needs to be removed asap

One thing I will say, no doubt our results this season have been very concerning, and I truly believe a review needs to be done, and most clubs regularly do that, so within or externally. Leadership in any organisation comes from the top, and it is obviously lacking at the moment with Richmond. I am all for a review for all areas of the club, from President to the CEO to the coaches, and of course, our injury list. Rightly or wrongly, I believe there is more to our current situation than that of the coach. I would bring in experience around him, which was really lacking from day one. One thing is for sure: change in some or most areas is needed. Sooner the better so as a club we can move forward. So I ask this with honesty at the time of writing who should be President and CEO. As I can’t honestly tell you the name
of our President, which is alarming. For those that believe Serpell isn’t the man then who should be.

No more no less than what CFC are giving to their fans...

I reckon the PRO Renos are consuming huge amounts of the Club's time, efforts and energy...
Can't be easy working voluntarily whilst running your own Multi-Million business and overseeing a 100 mill Club site reno...
Finances, Club and Team performances are feeling it...

I think the Yze extension was premature as well... At least wait until the back end of the season to do it, form permitting.
I understand it though. It pretty much rules out sacking him this year. It takes away that convosation that would be getting stronger now if he was only contracted till the end of next year.

I don't like Shane Dunne or Adem Yze and won't watch the Tigers until I hear that they've both been forced out of the club, it's then that I'll know the club is making smart decisions again.
