He was a level above even some of our highly seasoned professionals on the weekend. With all the kids (Brayshaw being honorable exception) getting sucked into the contests, getting caught halfway between them and not running offensively, then panicking from inferred pressure when they did get it: He just kept floating in serenely, winning the footy, assessing his position before sending off a laser like pass to what literally was often the only palatable option available.
He is going to be that good that if it happens he would prefer to go home he's going to find it difficult for anyone to satisfy his price any time before free agency.

Have no idea how you could come to that conclusion. It would only strengthen the look of the team going forward which will be important to Lachie. I am now more confident about retaining Lachie but also less worried if he does go (imagine a goal kicker and another mid from this years top ten picks)
