Seeing that preseason has already started, surely they re-measure everyone?

Unlikely to be done before the draft is complete, possibly including the PSD. This is the same each year and a lot of other clubs are usually the same. I do not have an issue with that

they have the best/most informative website by far.

The CFC website treats fans the way the rest of the club does - like unwanted but financially necessary baggage. It's the last place I would go for player information - or any information for that matter. Everything there is posted in a reactive manner - nothing new, nothing challenging, nothing inspiring. C4 is right, Essendon have the best site by far.

They usually update them (new pictures, profile etc) around the start of the season. I don't think they've re-measured anyone in at least 2 years.

Have a Look at Geelongs player profiles they are up to date and have heaps of information on stats and other things as well, leaves the Carlton one for dead.

On our past players list click on ezra bray or where it says image not available and a pic of Kris Massie in adelaide gear appears!

They are going back to the AFL sportal page like the other Clubs have.

Couldn't make the money out of it that they thought they could.

The updating of the player info is beyond a joke. For starters, as soon as a player is no longer listed he should become a "past player." How hard is that to do??? The "fine print" commentary on each player talks about the 2005 season. Geeees that stuff is interesting.....Flint is 191.5cm now. People should be able to find this info out easily. It's pretty important, that extra height might determine whether he makes it or not.

This is the footy club's window to the world and the players are our most precious asset. Supporters are bored at this time of year and want up-to-date information to waste their time looking at. A slack website makes us look unprofessional and apathetic. My work has a pretty ordinary website but at least it gets updated when there are changes to personnel etc.

Thanks C4. I'm ready to read your comments and updates. They should just appoint a passionate volunteer although I would assume any comments would have to be ratified by the club in some way....
