The way richmond react to a poor year will go a long way in shaping our future. Go the stereo-typical richmond route and make lots of noise, wreak havoc and sack someone high profile and we consign ourselves to more of the same for a long long time... If that happens then Im out bc there is no way back. A kick up the bum might give you a bit of short term success, remember gieschen? then what? more of the same BS with no-body wanting to touch the club with a 10 foot pole.

Stop making us the laughing stock of the AFL with all this blood-leting BS, just let them do their job. Our kids cant go from hopefuls to duds bc of one shocking result, remember the crowing about how rosy the future looked when we almost over ran both last years grand finalists? grow up
