Beating a stacked Brissy team is hard enough.. FOS out is huge, he’s been pivotal this year.

Unless CCJ can turn into peak Polly Farmer overnight we’re going to miss X massively tomorrow.

I would be happy to keep it under 6 goals to be honest, but this one has the potential to get pretty ugly..

While football is Urquhart's dream, water polo was his first love and he became an accomplished junior in the pool. Unfortunately, while playing the sport he developed problems that led to serious surgery in January 2023, after it was discovered his hip was permanently dislocated. Perhaps unsurprisingly, once he had fully recovered his focus turned to footy.

Have to say, whether a young player needs further development or not, doesn't change the fact that we're running with a clutch of senior players who continually prove they struggle at the highest level.

Given that our younger players are starting to take control of the fortunes of the team, the greatest challenge for Clarko is to stop his dependance on those below average senior guys. They're an anchor.

Despite some good signs, we're not seriously contending this year, so we should be pumping games into the likes of Dawson and Whitlock.

I'd agree with that. At some point we'll need to play them, but they have to earn selection and be feeling confident.
