We lost 10 straight through the last 5 of 2016 and first 5 of 2017.

I've been asking myself, it's this the worst North side I've ever seen? I'm in my late 40s so my memory spans back to the early 80. In '84 we just missed the spoon by percentage. We only won 5 games but the relatively good percentage came through staying in games and rarely being thrashed. A different era but we still averaged nearly 100pts a game. In 2017 we had to win the last game to avoid the spoon but lost a lot of close games.

I can't recall a more insipid, disorganised and uncompetitive North side than this one. In the past I always had the feeling we could snag a win here or there, maybe bounce back from poor losses with a random win. I don't get that feeling with this team now. They are the dictionary definition of hopeless.

At least in the 80’s we had St.Kilda as a 4pt bye. We don’t even have that nowadays

What exactly has been diagnosed for Tarryn ? TBC could mean anything, when does Brady do the injury update video ?

Apparently TBC means "he's out but we don't know for how long." Cunnington is "TBC" but hasn't been fit to play for 5 weeks now yet they still don't know how long for? I'd take that as "indefinite" and I'd take that as "season". Geez...even Ben Jacobs is "TBC" and he'll probably never play again.

Stop the nonsense and just say it as it is. So frustrating. No one will judge anyone if the club just said "Cunnington - 6 weeks, Thomas - 3 weeks, Jacobs - indefinite". TBC is rubbish.

Can't recall that, but years ago, a poster here made up the story that we were looking to do a swap for Patrick Veszpremi from Sydney (might have been for Gav Urquhart?). Zero truth in the rumour but we discussed it as if true for a while and it did get reported by the H-S.

Early prognosis

It's pure carnage at Arden St, with no club suffering more on the injury front.
