As a bowler you are judged on your ability to get wickets. Swann got 4 Lyon got 1 on a raging turner practically! Lyon has ZERO control, and he doesn't have Agar's excuse that he is young!

This was me, watching Lyon bowl last night, and thinking about how you said "As a bowler you are judged on your ability to get wickets"....

The Windies in the 80's didn't play a spinner- remind me how they went again?

As Chappell once said the West Indies could get away with just playing 4 right arm quicks back then when 3 of the were greats and 1 a very good bowler.

Anyway how did playing Lyon go last night? Go give yourself an uppercut.

Has a variation of one, rarely bowls it though. Is quite a lethal arm ball variation. Lyon doesn't even really have that, and that isn't that difficult.
