Strategy Changes for Derby

Hutchings had 12 contested possessions out of his 19 total possessions last night and went at 73% DE.

If mids are going to be blamed look at Selwood, Masten, Yeo who all had less possessions and lower DE's.

39 hit outs, he was massive. If Nicnat is ok to play then I'd give Sinclair another week to get over his knee issue

Seems ridiculous now that Sinclair stayed on the field and played v GC .Ffs can't medicos err on the side of caution with regard to Rucks and KPP .

Things like that are often worse the next day, when the body cools down and the injury settles. He should be right to go again this weekend.

Good news I read in the West that Sinkers should be good for the Derby, so that's one less thing to worry about. Now just hopefully Lecras gets through and we should be okay

No chance Lecras gets off. He either gets a week for the contact, or gets a fine, which would be his 3rd, so automatically gets a week for that. He'll miss, so will Nic & McGovern, and we'll all watch Freo do what they do in derby's, and watch Lauchie Neale win another RG medal. All we need to do is beat Dogs & Saints and we'll be right, play Freo QF with a full strength side and anything can happen.

I thought Nicnat would have been on the first plane out to Fiji, but Wellers said after the game that he didn't know if he would go (implying that he hadn't gone yet and might not).
