Lol.

I'll await with bated breath him dominating an AFL game...
He'll never dominate a game, hes not in the role for that it has the attributes. Again I'll say, go watch the hawks finals game last year and him in the middle was absolute beasting players and linked well, hope he brings it again consistently

So...what would you say the odds of that happening are? And putting 15m on his short kicking?

Collins lack chemistry also with Johnson and other. Adams playing with the team in Nab series.
Then don't bother training then with fellow players. I would say he would have as much chemistry as A Pearce looks to have at times in games in defence

I think most Freo fans would be pleased enough to see him playing as an extractor, with Barlow and Mundy down on form I think we need someone like that right now. We just don't want to see the defensive forward thing again.

I remember De Boer dominating a game against Richmond once. Was a wet game and he played his heart out in the midfield. Was BOG.

EDIT: Round 11, 2012. 29 disposals, 13 tackles, 5 marks, 3 inside 50s, 1 goal and 2 brownlow votes.

I'd be pleased to see him playing for Peel, but it takes all sorts

Just my opinion right now I prefer Dawson than collins. If round six then will be different.

I really hope you're not referring to my solitary sentence as a melt, worse(sic) mod thing aside. I actually agree FWIW and expected him to come in last week, just would have preferred something not painfully predictable- like seeing Tucker get a surprise debut or Tbas getting an early recall.

Lol! You are nowhere near the worserest mod ever. Sorry.

I haven't watched the GC replay but Doro on the radio was ripping into Dawson all game, from memory I thought he was poor but not quite that bad.
Have a look at the video from last year's finals game against Sydney and hear guys like BT rave about Zac's performance.

That was the game with the big Richmond fan running down the stairs to abuse the umpires that has now been edited into him throwing KFC.

From memory he actually played there for about 3-4 games, the Richmond game was the standout but his others in that block of games were pretty good too. I've hated seeing us waste him with the Rhys Palmer strategy. If he has to play it has to be as an inside mid end of story. Ditto Barlow.

I'm thinking we'll pull off an upset victory on Saturday evening. With the good chance of the game being played in wet & slippery conditions.Freo will probably turn the game into a good old-fashioned low scoring affair.

Given the height of the WCE forward line and our emergencies, I wouldn't be surprised to see either Griff come in and A Pearce go purely defence or even Tabs come in and A Pearce go back and still pinch hit in the ruck contests down back. However the likelihood of this happening is decrease if it is raining which is in the forcast

Very happy that Weller, Langdon and A Pearce kept their spots. I want them to cement themselves into the best 22 so hopefully when Bennell, Mora and Yarran come into the side it's the soldiers that get replaced and not the yoof.

Reading the team lists I feel that we have a team on paper that can win. Sandi has always done well against Nic Nat, our midfield is better than theirs and they are not a fast team like Bullies/GC. I think our skills will be a little better than last week now that the players are starting to settle into the season.

If we were playing our old gameplan I would be fairly confident. However we're not, can Ross fix the centre square issues in one week? Can he tinker with the structure down back so we don't leak so many goals without comprimising our attack?

In: De Boer Out: Clancee...... meh. Replacing one soldier with another but it sets a good example rewarding good Peel performances. Langdon was the first to benefit, played a good game for Peel and got rewarded, De Boer played a good game and has been rewarded so I think that's fair.
