No you would think that Dawson would get Kennedy if he stays close to goal but if he moves further up the ground I wouldn't mind seeing Pearce go with him for a little while, he definitely has the tank that's for sure. I would put Johnson on the resting ruck, which would allow Johnson to use his run and carry off of the likes of Lycett who would spend more time down there than Nic Nat and then play Pearce on Darling and if he starts to get off the leash a bit we also have the likes of Sutcliffe who has proven he can match it with Darling or Ibbo. I think the good thing about Pearce is that he can play tall or small so we can afford to rotate most of our backline around if one of the forwards starts to get off the chain a bit.

If that backline doesn't change in some way, and even if our midfield steps up this week.... against the Eagles forwards.... Oh dear

That's why I said that I would like to see Pearce down there. If the weather is going to be pretty crappy then we may go in with Pav as our only tall forward. We will be depending a lot on the likes of Ballas and Walters to put the score on the board then though. I would love to see a couple of goals between Weller and Langdon though if they can keep their spots.

It doesn't seem that our problem is with the backline at the moment though as we seemed to be getting beaten in transition a lot and that is how our lack of pace is exposed. the opposition has moved the ball from defence to their forward line with such ease and so quickly which is very alarming. this is probably caused by us not playing a seventh defender so often like we have so often under Ross. on top of this our sweeper role that we have always had doesn't get back to support the KPB so the likes of Dawson are being badly exposed.

Ballas is a strange player. All his good years were the even years. He kicked 32 goals from 21 games in 2010 and 2012. Then kicked 49 in 2014. So this Year should be a good one.

And even if they don't, their disposal from those dozen possessions is much better.

Much, much better in Weller's case.

Suban out, Barlow out, Dawson out. We can't afford having these spuds in our team. Tucker, silvagni and mzungu in. Mzungu might not be much better then any of them but I'd still much prefer him over that oxygen thief suban.
 
MDB needs to come in. He is a specialist at these types of games. I reckon he needs to replace C.Pearce. Other then that I think maybe Silvagni for someone else just to cover their crazy potent forward line. I reckon we need to just stick to our attacking game plan. We'll lose by 50 odd points but we will get the exact gauge of what we need to do and what's the bench mark to get there.

Who cares? It's a forum for people to voice their opinions and I think he was just voicing his displeasure at those players being selected. Oxygen thief probably wasn't the word to describe him, But I can guarantee you plenty of people think Dawson and Suban are spuds and it doesn't make him a "troll" just because you don't like what he wrote.
