Enough is enough of watching this heartless insipid no pride for wearing this great jumper attitude. The Eagles have copped it from pillar to post over here in the east.
Now don't get me wrong I go into bat for the fellas day in day out defending them to the extreme as I'm sure we all do, but I have nothing to defend them with after that effort on the weekend and have remained silent since,my phone has been ringing flat out and I haven't the energy or comebacks to answer to defend there insipid effort. Gee I forget how many Hawks people I know, and I'm about $650 out of pocket for it as well, after I help Simmo get back on track he may reimburse me this coin .
Anyways whilst remaining silent I have been in deep thought as to how I can help Simmo do his job as he seems hell bent on living in 2015.

I have come up with this masterplan it's simple called 'Have a dip' now anyone not willing to are more then free to **** off back to East Perth and finish there career there.

As you can see my team above has a few changes to it ins and outs and team structure.

My first port of call is our captain he can not lead our team from where he plays he needs to be in the guts we need grunt and leadership in there and with this move shifts Priddis out of the team. Not only will he bust open peeps he will give us massive drive out of the middle weather it be a bullet pass to a forward hitting them on the tit, Or a hack kick forward that will at least go to the top of the goal square and over an zones set by opposition teams. Leading to my next move The Gov to Full Forward and Lecca and Hill into the pockets these two think they are lead up forwards so let them they lead and Gov stays put to take hangers on his defender or molested in a one on one and rewarded a free. Now this is where it is important that Simmo does his job in the media he needs to whinge about McGovern getting molested in his one on ones putting it in the umpires minds. Now you can see I have Sheed on a flank he can follow Kennedy up the ground and crumb at his feet and Karpany on the other crumbing anything that hits he ground in the forward 50 and been the tackling machine we need him to be. Also Sheed is there to replace Hurn in the guts to give him a breather. With these moves this pushes Darling out of the side until such time as he realises the beast he is and a bloke of his potential getting joe the gooses over the back is not exceptable in this side.
Now I put Jetta back in this side cause we really need pace lots of it and he has it. Simmo needs to put a rocket up this bloke or a fist I don't care and he needs to tell the other guys to use him at every opportunity he gets free. We need him firing. Easier said then done I know. Hence I have Mutimer and Duggan on the bench just to remind him that if he isn't having a dip we have pace sitting there ready to use.
Now I can see a lot of people reading this going what the **** is this bloke on playing Mackenzie is he off his head. Now before you stop reading notice I have him at centre half back away from the goals I think he can hold his spot in this position he reads the play well and can clunk intercept marks. At least smashing packs bringing the ball to ground for Wellers and Yeo to do there thing of half back.

Obviously Redden out cause he is rubbish and Masten he doesn't fit the game plan of have a dip. when Nelson and Cripps have recovered they replace Butler and Lecras/Hill.

Carn Eagles and Simmo sort ya shit out

I'd guess Fivey might be suggesting Schofield is a little more mobile than Barrass, and more able to follow that guy with a shit moustache around.

I've got Mitchell / Karpany for Cripps / Nelson as the only changes.
You do realise Barrass has played a few times in colts against McArthy and they were in U18 team probably manning up a lot.

I would back in Tommy.

I think Yeo has to go into the middle. I know we have tried it and it didn't work to much success but he's the only one that take us to the next level in there. Size, speed and strength. Throw the Gov back and I like Schofield. Might be worth Barrass a try up Forward and along with Darling 2nd ruck. This is stuff that should've been sorted out preseason but Rd4 5 and 6. Gotta get the ball moving. Too much stop start this whole year.

Sheppard Schofield Wellingham
Hurn Gov Hill
Masten Mitchell Gaff
Darling Kennedy Duggan
Jetta Barrass Lecras
1st- Giles Yeo Shuey
Redden Duggan Butler Priddis

Jetta needs confidence. Bringing him in for one game then dropping him then bringing in for one game then dropping him won't be doing that confidence much good.
He needs a good crack at it so he can hopefully find some form and play like the Jetta we need and wanted.
If after a fair crack of 3-4 games in a row he still doesn't improve to what is expected then replace him with someone better.
Jetta doesn't need confidence, he needs to pull his finger out and start working harder.
Confidence has nothing to do with chasing and tackling, which he was doing both of during the preseason and hasn't been sighted since.

Yeo down back is one of the few things that is working this year. Why change it?

I would too, but since you bring up colts I'd say shit moustache outperformed Tommy to the point of 29 draft spots.

Just listening to the various media yesterday and this morning:

- Mitchell seems to be in a lot of doubt, to the point where if we were flying again he'd likely not be named. So he'll be named, but a late withdrawal.
- Simmo talked up young blokes, without naming names. So we've got Karps as a travelling emg in recent weeks, and Mutemath and Parto getting touches in the 2s.
- Lots of hinting that Turbo and Wellinghammer go back again, with Wellers apparently told to stop staging midway through last week's game.

So what I get from that is there's no direct swap for Jax, meaning Tom Cole is probably not coming in. Sounds like Turbo's coming out of the ruck support which means Giles in for one of Schofield or Barrass. Two of the performing young blokes will come in along with Giles, but one will be initially named as an emergency to cover for Mitchell.

I suspect he is fragile mentally and is being looked after.

Perhaps a one on one - this is it perform or we delist you - would work better

Need to stick with McGovern forward/ruck for a bit i think. It'll take time for things to gell, its not going to happen in one week. Schofield and barras work well down back and i don't think u can have barras and McGovern together, as they are too similar. I would how ever bring in giles for vardy as he os more or an out and out ruckman where vardy is a little more forward/ruck.
Geez lycett would be good in the team at the moment, could really be having a break out year with the number 1 role.

Good thing the derby isn't being played this morning then lachy

Think we are being sneaky with all the Mitchell talk and will be named regardless. No Hill offsets the loss of Mitchell so i am fine if he doesn't get up for this game and would be a chance for him to be in the box and see how it all works.

Cole got a mention by Simmo in the presser. Be really surprised if he got a call up

Would love for Cole to come in, direct swap for Nelson, not sure if only 1 league game so far would be an issue. If not, hopefully in the next few games, possibly replacing Butler.

Being sneaky with the extra tall named lineup worked wonders last week, really caught the Hawks on the hop when we pulled that late change :(

Id like to see Tom Lamb come in to replace Cripps. He is a bit up and down in the WAFL but an extended period in the team could be a blessing for us and him. If he cant get a gig when Darling is injured and now Cripps whats the point of drafting such a player. Give him a go. Its not like any other forward at East Perth is screaming to be in the team.

McGovern was in a similar position....just being wasted on the list as a rookie and in the WAFL. We all know what happened as soon as he got a chance.

I don't want to sMcGovern play forward either. The opportunity cost is too great with him in that role. He saves 10 goals a game down back. No way does he create that many up forward. We also have nobody to kick to after we score a behind. We are so leaky its not funny. he is a great intercept marker and he provides an outlet. He was AA backman last year. Just stupidity playing him forward. Sure, swing him forward if we are down a couple of goals late in the last but he should be playing down back.

Jetta needs to come in. Get rid of Wellingham and play Jetta as a loose man running from the back of the square (Charlie Canmeron style). Would cause serious havoc.

Redden needs to go as soon as Mitchell is fit.

So evident the multitude of sins and lack of quality around the ball that Naitanui has hidden.
