Haven’t been this confident since last week, when we played the Gold Coast suns
I don't remember how confident you were last week so this could mean anything to me.

I keep wondering why they are playing daicos ahead of brown. Maybe they will finally swap this week.

I think we tend to play worse versus the lower teams. Last year we would have lost some of those games versus the lower teams but this year we are getting the job done. I think we also play better versus the higher ranked teams and put in a bit more effort.

Well im likely to go so that pretty much means that we will lose
Not unless you are mugged & have your ticket/members card stolen...which train are you catching & what will you be wearing?

Can someone tell me the best way to get to Vic Park from the G. Is it tram or train and where would I hop on. Thanks.

Train from Jolimont to station adjacent to Victoria Park I think.

Ready to hit the airport

Bucks rang last night, told me to chuck my footy boots in suitcase "just in case"

don't be surprised if there is a late change

Brown comes in for Daicos, l think Oxley will come in to play Howe's role, with Howe playing a more defensive role on McKernan.

I'd like to see Brown played for pretty much the rest of the season, if we can get that to work with the coming 'ins' (if they ever make it back) and team balance. I think he is showing enough to be given a long run of games and senior exposure. He's a player that I'd hope would get better quicker with consistent game time, rather than moving him in and out of the twos based on fluctuating form. Maybe his fitness isnt up to a consistent run of games? We did it with Maynard a few years back, despite predictions from some fans about the imminent end of the world, and that paid off.

Because he's better outside the contest and is more useful in a bit part, link role.

Brown is excellent inside the contest, but regularly looks lost inside it. We're a bit stacked in his role at the moment.

Aish will get the role the two are fighting for when available.

I'm glad we've pumped some games into Daicos, and he hasn't looked out of place. But I don't think he is in our best 22 right now ahead of Callum Brown. If Daics was at least getting a goal a game or some score assists it would be different, but I think Brown probably adds a bit more grunt at this stage of their careers.

I'd say Greenwood will come in for Dunn and we'll just go smaller. They'd be my 2 changes

Agree with this. Greenwood for Dunn with an internal shuffle.

Then maybe Brown for Daicos, but I don't feel it's essential.

I think its more the role he is playing. As an inside mid with just one goal in his eleven career games hes not a like for like replacement to fill the forward line vacancy created by Mihocek. So other positions on the ground would need to be shuffled for him. Daicos currently is a better option because he has what we need, whilst Brown offers more of what we already have but not much of what we need.

Brown has some toe
Really? I haven't noticed any breakaway pace from Browny. I think his lack of pace is what puts him under the pump on occasions and leads to his poor decision making at times. He can still be a very good player. Tony Shaw lacked pace and kicking penetration.

Greenwood and Murray to come in for dunn and Langdon, the only reason Langdon is out is that there is no real role for him this week

Langdon will play unless hes injured. If theres no role for him (which I disagree with) then leave Mihocek up forward and play Langdon or Howe at key position.

If Murray comes in then Crisp or Maynard to move upfield and Daicos to go out.

I don't necessarily think Langdon is the answer to most things but to suggest there is no role for him is incorrect
He has played the old fashioned Back Pocket, sweeper across Half Back and up on a Wing, if you watch our games you tend to notice these things.
