Really strange selection. It's not like the Dogs are overly tall. As others have said, good chance Lycett comes out and this is just to keep the Dogs guessing.

Or maybe they are thinking Lycett is 50% fit... Brown is likely to be 50% fit by the end of the match given his history, so together they make up 100% of a fit ruckman.

Brown in for Jetta suggests that Lycett isn't in doubt, because if Lycett does come up, and they planned to swap him out for a small if he didn't, what's the point of Brown if he was supposed to be Lycett's replacement. They'd look pretty stupid swapping Brown back out.

Somebody correct me if I'm wrong... but we won't be allowed to swap Brown back out unless he suffers an injury before the game. Emergencies are only for injured players.
