Changes for next week V Hawks

Ins- Dawes, Stanley,Fraser, Toovey( not happy with this one but it will happen Mick Loves Him)

Outs- Wood. Dids( Sup,will get one cause of carry over points),Johnston,and im hoping O'Bre has not been good in last few weeks and to slow

Fraser, Dawes (and Stanley) for Davis, Wood (and Didak). (If Dids gets suspended, in comes Stanners).

Fraser for Wood, it was either Wood or Bryan, and I think Bryan's strength helps him stay in, Dawes for Davis, Neon's not fit yet, and St Kilda stretched the Hawks' tall backs, so with Dawes, Clokey and Anthony down there, and maybe a resting ruckman, hopefully we can isolate matchups in our favour and kick a bloody score for once.

Stanners for Dids, well Stanners is the next in line, and deserves a game, but I'm finding it hard to drop a Johno or a Lockyer after that. I'd like to, but we all know that won't happen. The Dids suspension route is probably the only way Danny gets a game this week unfortuneatly.

Johnson has to be dropped IMO. He's lucky to have survived in the seniors as long as he has. Fraser did a little rucking in the VFL, so that's probably a sign that he'll come in for Wood.

The interesting one is Dawes. I think they'll play him on Friday, but there might have to be some positional shuffling to make it work, cos I dunno if a forward line of Dawes, Cloke, Anthony, and Medhurst is gonna work. My tip is that Anthony will play back and Wakelin will be omitted. (I'd prefer Maxwell's omission, but it's not gonna happen, particularly after he played a decent game on Saturday).

So I'd guess:

OUT: Johnson, Wood, Wakelin
IN: Stanley, Fraser, Dawes

Goldsack did some terrific stuff in the second half of the VFL match, so he might be a chance. And Toovey played a pretty good game too as a tagger on Lovett, so if they want a negating mid, he's the obvious option.

Goldsack is a chance to come back as he is an option for Buddy. I'm not sure about Toovey though..... (but I might be biased)

Why not play Anthony on Franklin.....???!!!!! Maybe he can get his own back and "pour a drink" on Franklin!
