I reckon Crock and even Stephenson both stay in. I wouldn't be surprised if JDG for Adams is the only change we end up making.
I'm not sure if anyone has come in so far this year for reasons other then injury/suspension?

Correct.

Only been forced outs.

After the week-end, I was really looking forward to this game but now possibly no Elliott, Fasolo, Adams (really hoping for JDG), not as confident.

The Crows supporters better not start anything as I am already upset!

Re hamstrings, is it possible that they don't warm up correctly?

The problem is our toughest part of the draw is now. That's the most frustrating.
We have crows, bombers & tigers coming up & really needed Elliott, Moore & Wells available.
Starting to look like none will be for those tough matches. Now may miss Adams as well. Ouch.
As Jmac said earlier, just got to battle away now and try even the ledger. Might open up for us later in the year

I was thinking of appointing you to start up a 'Gofundme" account for the legal fees.:D

You can count on me.........I will even smuggle in the ciggies to prison if you cause too much trouble in the City Of Churches :p

Injuries are a curse. Pity you've had two fresh ones this week. What is it with hamstrings this year? There's a lot of it around (I've just recovered from one, but I'm not newsworthy :D). We've had more than our fair share in the medical tent too.
Come on over to the Crows' Board and check out our Faceoff thread. Comments, discussion most welcome. There's a bit of Collingwood history on there that may be of interest.

To me it's more Wills for Adams. De Goey played stuff all midfield minutes in the VFL. I'm not sure De Goey can handle those minutes right now and I see him more as a forward option with minor midfield stints. Until his fitness is up. Adams played a lot and that's who we have to replace. De Goey for Stephenson. Crocker out if we want to bring in Fasolo.

Yeah, that’s the problem indeed.

My take on Wells: we should only be playing him every second game from now on (if he’s fit). His body obviously can’t do a whole season, so every 2 weeks is a win I reckon.

But to be missing so many of our most important players... sux so bad

And definitely don't fly him interstate

I only caught the tail end of Eddie on the radio this morning about these injuries but he more or less declared JDG as an in.

He was also saying that the hamstring injuries to Elliott and Adams are very much on the minor side and that we'll see how they go over the next couple of weeks (or something like that).
What a load of bollocks, they aren’t going to be back any earlier than 3 weeks. Just say they are normal hamstring injuries, everyone knows it.

Just prepare guys it could be Blair they choose to replace Adams with. I know basically everyone doesn't like the move but i think he had around 30 touches in the VFL and is a similar player to Adams.

I would prefer Wills obviously but just don't be surprised if Blair gets the nod.

Given the fact we have 13 days until we play Essendon i think they could return for that game
I would be surprised. Elliott doesn’t get over injuries quickly. Adams maybe but I’m very doubtful they get back with our incompetent medical staff.

I would not put anything past at Collingwoood as I think we have lot in Incompetent people working at the Club

Oh Eddie... what a poker face. Even as minor ones they’ll be 3 weeks.

Blair traveled to Adelaide so Bucks can finally pick his Favorite Player

Yeah i think the Richmond game makes more sense for Elliott given it is only 4 days after Essendon, hopefully Adams gets up for Essendon.

Does everyone actually believe that it’s a hammie for Jamie? And wasn’t Tay suffering with a rib issue pre the blues game?

Am I too suspicious of the club and their injury updates?

Was anyone here at training?

Blair’s best position is as a rover. We rarely use him in that role because we have others who can play the role better. Blair might surprise us if that’s where his main midfield minutes are.

He is pretty much playing for his career, so expect him to be tenacious in there
